Standard Self Contained Tanker Units

A self-contained pumper unit offers capacities ranging from 140/60 to 1000/200. Using a split barrel, the design ensures the tank's centre of gravity remains consistent from empty to full. The tank is mounted on a frame with flanged forklift pockets. The tank's bottom is located just 150mm from the pocket bases, positioning the tank as low as possible. This design offers enhanced stability to your vehicle. The water tank features a manway for convenient access, allowing for the reapplication of aqua seal paint over time.

The pumper is equipped with a GX range Honda engine, featuring both electric and recoil start facilities. It includes a 12-volt battery and a Battoni vacuum pressure pump.

The pumper unit comes with 15 metres of 50mm tigertail hose, paired with a 50mm UPVC ball valve and probe attached to the waste tank.

Additionally, the water tank is fitted with 15 metres of 25mm hose, accompanied by two brass ball valves and a low-pressure discharge.

The pumper unit boasts a 75mm discharge valve, 3 metres of waste discharge hose, two sight glasses, a full-length water sight glass, a pressure relief valve, a cut-off trap when full, and a vapour trap to safeguard the vacuum pump.

Both the engine and vacuum pump are housed within a removable mild steel, stainless or aluminium cabinet.

Furthermore, these units can be manufactured transversely, with the engine bed positioned on the dished end. This allows the tanker to be mounted across the truck body or trailer.
