RAPIDE LOW CENTRE GRAVITY UNITS

A self contained pumper unit with capacities ranging from 180/100 to 1000/200. Using a split barrel, this tank designs center of gravity is equal from empty to full. The tank is mounted on a flanged forklift pocket frame and the bottom of the tank is situated only 150mm from the base of the pockets, keeping the tank as low as possible and giving your vehicle far more stability. The water tank has a man way to provide access to reapply the aqua seal paint over the years.

The pumper comes complete with an 8 HP air-cooled petrol engine with both electric start and recoil start facilities, a 12-volt battery and a 2600 vacuum pressure pump.

The pumper unit comes complete with 15 metres of 50mm Gay Flo (Tiger Tail) hose complete with a 50mm UPVC ball valve and probe fitted to waste tank.

The water tank is fitted with 15 metres of 25mm hose complete with 2 brass ball valves and low-pressure discharge.

The pumper unit is fitted with a 75mm discharge valve, 3 metres of waste discharge hose, 2 sight glasses, 1 full length water sight glass, 1 pressure relief valve, 1 cut off trap when full and 1 vapour trap to protect vacuum
pump.

The engine and vacuum pump is covered by a removable steel cabinet.
